Shipping Charges - Free UPS Ground shipping on all orders over $75. Free UPS second day & UPS three day select shipping on all orders over $750 and free UPS overnight charges waived on purchases greater than $1000. 

We ship all orders via UPS and shipping costs for UPS Ground, UPS second day and UPS overnight are calculated based on the weight of the package and the ship to  address location.

Note: For UPS overnight charges involving Saturday delivery, cost to be determined. Please call our store at 866-702-3281.

Easy Returns and Exchanges

At Splash of Pink we appreciate your business and understand that sometimes it is necessary to return or exchange an item and as such we want to make it easy and convenient for you to do so. Return or exchange your items by mail or in store.

Returns or Exchanges by Mail in Two Easy Steps:

1.      Complete the return/exchange section of the enclosed packing slip that came with your order and indicate your intentions and place your item(s) in the original packaging if available.

2.      Print a Prepaid Return Label (opens in new window) - Place the label on your package and ship it via UPS or the US Postal Service. Please note that your refund will be reduced by $8 if you choose to use a prepaid return label.

Returns sent via UPS - UPS is our preferred shipping option as they provide fast service with most orders arriving back to us within 2 to 5 business days and they allow you to track your return online. Find a UPS location. 

Returns sent via US Postal Service – most orders arrive back to us within 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. There is no tracking information currently available for packages shipped via US Mail.

If you wish and do not use our prepaid label, you can return your items at your own expense.

For Easy Returns and for the fastest service, call 866-702-3281 anytime to request a Splash of Pink Quick Exchange. We'll need to charge you for the new item, but we'll ship it the same day - and for US exchanges we'll waive the regular shipping charge. Once we receive your return, we'll credit you for the cost of the original item.

Splash of Pink Return Policy:

Items that are unworn, unwashed or unaltered may be returned within 30 days from the date the product (s) is (are) charged and shipped for a merchandise exchange or a full refund based on the original form of payment. Items for which the original tag is not attached cannot be returned.
