Exchanges and Returns

Quick Exchange:

For Easy Returns and for the fastest service, call 866-702-3281 anytime to request a Splash of Pink Quick Exchange. We'll need to charge you for the new item, but we'll ship it the next day - and for US exchanges we'll waive the regular shipping charge. Once we receive your return, we'll credit you for the cost of the original item.

Returns:

Items that are unworn, unwashed or unaltered may be returned within 30 days from the date the product (s) is (are) charged and shipped for a merchandise exchange or a full refund based on the original form of payment. Items for which the original tag is not attached cannot be returned. A refund will not be issued with an exchange receipt.

Refunds are based on the current selling price. A merchandise exchange or store credit will be issued for all returns without a sales receipt.

All sale items listed within our SALE SECTION are NOT A FINAL SALE and can be returned for exchange, store credit or a refund based on our normal return policy outlined above. Exceptions to this may apply if a specific promotion (coupon) has been offered where we expressly indicate that all items for this specific promotion (coupon) are a final sale.

All sale items listed within our CLOSEOUT SECTION  are a FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns can be brought back personally to any of the store locations or sent back by mail. If returning by mail, the following must be adhered to:

2. The original invoice should be enclosed
3. The return invoice should be completed in full with your desired intentions marked appropriately
4. All returns sent by mail needs to be prepaid. No packages sent COD will be accepted
5. We would request in the event that the package gets lost that all packages are insured. Splash of Pink is not responsible for lost packages.
6. A refund will not be issued with an exchange receipt
