Charges to Your Credit Card or PayPal Account

Your credit card will be charged when your order is placed and you have completed the checkout process and have received an order confirmation.

Price Adjustments

A one-time price adjustment will be granted on a Full Price item within 14 days of the purchase date. Items not purchased at Full Price are not eligible for price adjustments.

Finding the Items You Want

Use the navigation menus at the top of any page to start shopping any of our online departments. You can also search our site by entering a keyword into the search box at the top of any page. Detailed product information is just a click or two away.

Adding Items to Your Shopping Bag

Once you've found an item you'd like to order, simply select all the required options (such as size and color) and click "Add to Bag."

Saving an Item for Later Purchase

You can always after an item is added to your shopping bag come back and place your order. Please realize that adding an item to your shopping bag does not guarantee that your item will be available online at a later time when you place your order so you run the risk that the item(s) may not be available.

Checking Out and Completing Your Order

From your Shopping Bag, click the "Check Out" button.

If you have a account, log in, and we'll automatically fill in available shipping and billing information to save time during checkout.

If you don't have a account, you can register now or check out as a guest. Once you have completed your order, we'll ask you if you'd like to create an account to use next time you visit. Our one page checkout page makes it simple and easy for placing your order. Please review your order and select place order button once you have confirmed your selections.

The last screen will be a Thank You page, which you can print out for your records.

Changes to Your Order

We're sorry, but most of the time order information cannot be changed once you submit your order. If you recognize that a mistake occurred after you have placed your order please contact us toll free immediately at 866-702-3281 so we can change your order immediately. We process orders very quickly, and once an order begins the fulfillment process we may be unable to modify it. We apologize for any inconvenience, and we hope that in the majority of cases our faster processing times work to your advantage. Sales Tax Information

We are required to collect sales tax on orders shipping to the state of Connecticut.

Redeeming Promotions (Coupons), Gift Cards at

As you complete your order, you'll be able to enter this information on the checkout page. Simply enter the information in the appropriate section of the checkout page. If you were offered a promotion via email, simply type the email offer code on the checkout page and the code will automatically be applied to your order.

Promotions that offer a dollar amount or percentage discount off your total purchase price may not be combined in a single order. When a single order qualifies for more than one of these promotions, you will receive the discount that provides you the greatest benefit. Free gifts will not be included for items purchased on sale.

Missing or Damaged Goods

  • If you have received incorrect or damaged items, please contact customer service at 866-702-3281 within 7 days so that we can replace or take back these items for a full refund.
  • If you suspect your package is missing, please contact customer service a 866-702-3281 within 14 days of the expected delivery date so that we can contact the appropriate shipping carrier to investigate.
