Simple Returns Process

Our returns process is designed to be quick and hassle-free. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please request a return authorization online or contact our customer service team. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to send back the item at no extra cost to you. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund promptly.

Refund Policy

We offer a generous refund policy to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Quality Guarantee

At our company, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for a replacement or refund. Our customer service team is here to assist you with any issues you may encounter with your order. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we strive to make your shopping experience with us a positive one.

At Splash of Pink, we appreciate your business and understand that sometimes it is necessary to return or exchange an item and as such we want to make it easy and convenient for you to do so.

Items Eligible For Returns

  • Item (s) must be returned within 30 days from the date the item (s) was (were) shipped. Items returned beyond 30 days will be considered final sale and returns not accepted.
  • Item (s) must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and have the original hang tags attached.
  • Swimwear item (s) must have all original hang tags attached AND hygienic liner intact.
  • Full price items for which the the non-returnable message has not been indicated.
  • Packing slip included showing the item (s)being returned and the online order number.

Quick Exchange Process

If you need to exchange an item, it's recommended that you place a new order and send back your original order as a return. For ease of processing please indicate the new order number on the return slip with the order you are sending back. We'll need to charge you for the new item, but we'll ship it the same day. Once we receive your return, we'll credit you for the cost of the original FULL PRICE item. 

Alternatively, if you do not need the item right away ship us back the item you want to return and let us know what you would like to exchange it for on your enclosed packing slip. Please note our inventory is consistently changing so we cannot guarantee when your order comes back for an exchange that the inventory will still exist.

Please notate "Quick Exchange". Any price differences with the items will be credited or charged appropriately. 

Return Fee

For the use of our return label, an $8 return fee will be deducted from your refund. VIP Hibiscus Tier Members will not be charged a return label fee.

Returning an Order which included Gift With Purchase Promotional Items

Items that are being returned from an order with a qualifying gift (s) included, the gift with purchase item(s) must be returned as well. If the applicable gift with purchase is not returned from the qualified spend, your refund will be reduced by the corresponding retail price of the gift with purchase item(s).

Items Purchased During An Online Sale Event

Sale items purchased during sale events are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. During the online shopping process all sale items are expressly indicated as "non-returnable". There is specific language provided during the checkout process indicating the item is "non-returnable". Additionally a box needs to be checked to add the sale item to your cart indicating you are aware of the item(s) being final sale.

Price Adjustments

A one time price adjustment will be granted on an item within 7 days of the order date. Price adjustments are only applicable on full price merchandise.
