How much is shipping?

  • We offer free ground shipping on all orders within the USA over $125.
  • The order total needs to be above $125 after applying any applicable coupons or reward points.
  • Customers that are in our Hibiscus VIP Tier receive free shipping on ALL orders.

When will my order ship?

  • Orders placed on splashofpink.com will ship within 24 hours.
  • Items that are marked as 'on order' will ship when they arrive into our facility. Typical timing is 3-5 business days.
  • Orders placed during sale and promotional events, please allow 3/5 business days for your order to leave our facility.
  • Orders for which there is expedited shipping - 2nd day & overnight shipping, need to be placed by 3pm EST. There is no Saturday or Sunday Delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

  • We will gladly ship overseas. The shipping and duty is calculated at time of checkout. On average you can expect your package to arrive in less than 2 weeks. 
  • You will be able to track your order with the tracking information provided once the order clears customs in the USA. This process takes 5-7 business days.
  • Splash of Pink does not provide return labels for any order placed outside of the US.

How do I track my package & how long will it take for my order to arrive?

  • Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information.
  • You can also click here to enter the tracking portal found at the footer of our website.
  • Free shipping ships out USPS Ground Advantage from our Connecticut location. This service typically takes 2-5 business days. Orders shipping to CT,MA,NY,NJ typically take 1/2 days.
  • Orders placed with priority shipping after 3pm est will not be shipped until the following business day.

Why do select items have an automatic shipping fee attached to them?

  • Oversized items or very heavy items will have a $10 shipping charge attached to it and do not qualify for the free shipping regardless of the order amount.

What is your return policy?

  • RETURN POLICY: Full price items that are unworn, unwashed or unaltered may be returned within 30 days from the date the product (s) is (are) charged and shipped for a merchandise exchange or a full refund based on the original form of payment. Items returned past the 30 day window will not be accepted and returned back to customer at customers expense. Items for which the original tag is not attached cannot be returned. Items purchased for holiday have an extended exchange/return window until January 5th. Click HERE to view our full return policy
  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. These items will have a box that needs to be checked in order to add sale item to your cart. This check box is to indicate you are aware of the items being final sale.
  • Full priced items purchased with a promotion coupon or reward points are eligible for return with our regular return policy.

What if the item(s) I want to return came with a gift with purchase (GWP)?

  • For a qualifying purchase with a GWP(s) included with your initial order, the GWP(s) must be returned if a full refund is requested. If the GWP(s) is/are not sent back your refund will be reduced by the retail price of the GWP(s).  
  • If the item(s) you are keeping still keep you over the spend level for that applicable GWP then you may keep the gift!

What if I want to do an exchange for size or style?

  • If you need to exchange an item, it's recommended that you place a new order and send back your original order back to us as a return. For ease of processing please indicate the new order number on the return slip with the order you are sending back.
  • We will charge you for the new item, but we'll ship it the same day. Once we receive your return, we'll credit you for the cost of the original FULL PRICE item.
  • Please note - quick exchange in not available on final sale items.

How long will it take for my return to be processed once it is received?

  • Once we receive your return we process them within 48 hours. You will receive an email confirming return once it is processed.
  • If a return is received that is final sale or past the return window timing, we will reach out for payment to cover the shipping back to you.

Do you offer free return shipping?

  • If you choose to use a mailing label from our RETURN PORTAL, $8 will be deducted from your return upon processing at our facility.
  • You are free to mail it back to us at your own expense.

Missing or damaged goods?

If you have received incorrect or damaged items, please contact customer service at 203-222-2233 within 7 days so that we can replace or take back these items for a full refund.

If you suspect your package is missing, please contact customer service within 14 days of the expected delivery date so that we can contact the appropriate shipping carrier to investigate.

Saving an item for later purchase?


You can always after an item is added to your shopping bag come back and place your order. Please realize that adding an item to your shopping cart does not guarantee that your item will be available online at a later time when you place your order so you run the risk that the item(s) may not be available. Unfortunately, if another customer buys the remaining stock of your item before you place your order, the item will be reported as unavailable when you go to checkout. If you still wish to purchase the item and we are sold out, please contact customer service at info@splashofpink.com or call us at 1-203-222-2233 and we will try to locate the item for you.

Can I change or cancel my order after I complete it?

  • If you made a mistake and need to cancel or change your order placed during a non-sale or non-promotional gift day, please call us at 203.222.2233 if it is during business hours. We will do our best to accommodate the changes.
  • If the order is placed before or after business hours, please email us at info@splashofpink.com and follow up with a phone call the next day to ensure we do not fulfill the order.
  • Once an order is shipped we cannot cancel or change your order.
  • Any orders placed during sale and promotional events cannot be changed or cancelled due to the high volume.

Can I send someone a gift?

  • Sure! During the checkout process you will have the option to add gift wrapping and gift message. We will gladly wrap the item(s), and remove the price. Your gift message will be included in the package.
  • Upon checkout, provide recipients shipping address if you would like the gift to ship directly to them.
  • We charge $4 per item for each item individually gift wrapped.

Can I see my order history?

  • Yes, if you have registered an account with us, all of your transactions will appear under your order history. You can check all of the details regarding past purchases and order history. View your account HERE.

Can I place an order over the phone?


Yes! We would love to hear from you so please call us at 1-203-222-2233 and in most cases as long as your order is placed by 3pm est your order will go out the same day.

Redeeming coupons, gift cards?

As you complete your order, you'll be able to enter this information on the checkout page. Simply enter the information in the appropriate section of the checkout page. If you were offered a promotion via email, simply type the email offer code on the checkout page and the code will automatically be applied to your order.

Promotions that offer a dollar amount or percentage discount off your total purchase price may not be combined in a single order. When a single order qualifies for more than one of these promotions, you can use the promotion that provides the greatest benefit.

What type of payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following methods of payment online:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.

PayPal:If you have a PayPal account, paying for your order via PayPal is quick, easy and secure. For more information or to sign up for a PayPal account, visit paypal.com.

Afterpay:If you have a Afterpay account, paying for your order via Afterpay is quick, easy and secure. For more information or to sign up for a Afterpay account, visit afterpay.com. now. Pay later. Always interest-free. Afterpay is a service that allows you to pay for your purchase in four interest-free payments, due every 2 weeks.

We also accept splash of pink e-gift cards that were purchased online at splashofpink.com or in any Splash of Pink retail store.

Please note: Only one credit card can be entered for each transaction as we currently do not accept multiple forms of payment.

Your credit card will be charged when the order is placed.

Checking out and completing your order?


From your Shopping Cart, click the "Check Out" button.

If you have a splashofpink.com account, log in, and we'll automatically fill in available shipping and billing information to save time during checkout.

If you don't have a splashofpink.com account, you can register now or check out as a guest. Once you have completed your order, we'll ask you if you'd like to create an account to use next time you visit. Our one page checkout page makes it simple and easy for placing your order. Please review your order and select place order button once you have confirmed your selections.

We'll send you an order confirmation and an invoice via email to be followed by a shipping notification with tracking information. Please feel free to contact us should you have questions or comments about your order.

Price adjustments?


A one-time price adjustment will be granted on a Full Price item within 7 days of the purchase date. Items not purchased at Full Price are not eligible for price adjustments. If a discount or promotional code was applied to a prior purchase, it is ineligible for any further markdowns or price adjustments.



Is Sales Tax charged on my order?


We are required to collect sales tax on orders shipping to the state of Connecticut.
