Easy Returns and Exchanges

At Splash of Pink, we appreciate your business and understand that sometimes it is necessary to return or exchange an item and as such we want to make it easy and convenient for you to do so.

Our Return Policy

Full price items that are unworn, unwashed or unaltered may be returned within 30 days from the date the product (s) is (are) charged and shipped for a merchandise exchange or a full refund based on the original form of payment. Items for which the original tag is not attached cannot be returned. Items purchased for holiday have an extended exchange/return window until January 15th.


Sale items and items purchased with a coupon code may or may not be a final sale. For sale items that are considered to be a final sale, specific language will be provided at checkout indicating the item is "non-returnable"., Additionally, there maybe online sale events where we specifically indicate the sales during the event are a final sale or only store credits or exchanges not full refunds will apply.

For a qualifying purchase with a GWP included with your initial order, the GWP must be returned if a full refund is requested.

Returns or Exchanges thru the online portal:

  1. Enter your order number & your zip code.
  2. Choose the items you want to return & select the return reason from the dropdown list provided. 
  3. Then select the submit request button to create a return label. Please note that your refund will be reduced by $8 if you choose to use our prepaid return label.


If you wish and do not want to use our prepaid label, you can return your items at your own expense.

Splash of Pink "Quick Exchange"

If you need to exchange an item, it's recommended that you place a new order and send back your original order as a return. For Easy Returns and for the fastest service, call 203-222-2233 anytime to request a Quick Exchange. We'll need to charge you for the new item, but we'll ship it the same day - and for US exchanges we'll waive the regular shipping charge. Once we receive your return, we'll credit you for the cost of the original item. 

Alternatively, if you do not need the item right away ship us back the item you want to return and let us know what you would like to exchange it for on your enclosed packing slip. Please notate "Quick Exchange". Any price differences with the items will be credited or charged appropriately.
