The first time I used this it was like magic! I

The first time I used this it was like magic! I was so happy to have found a product that actually worked. However, I just used it on a white Lilly dress and it made the stain worse. The stain now looks darker and larger. Unfortunately it has ruined my dress. And I had only worn the dress once.

I sincerely apologize for the experience you've had. I am also sorry that these comments did not make it into our mailbox in a timely manner. I will be looking into the technology part of this as well.
We have not had any issues with Amodex like what you are reporting. It typically works like a charm and usually with very little effort. Did you happen to let the garment dry and try again with a small amount of Amodex on the original spot followed by laundering?
Which dress were you treating? I'd like to share your comments with the manufacturer.
