FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS WITHIN USA OVER $75. The order total needs to be above $75 to ship free regardless of coupons or reward points used.

Please allow up to 5-7 business days for orders from the Lilly Sale to ship.

Please note: Only one credit card can be entered for each transaction as we currently do not accept multiple forms of payment.

 Price Adjustments

A one-time price adjustment will be granted on a Full Price item within 7 days of the purchase date. Items not purchased at Full Price are not eligible for price adjustments.

International Shipping - We will gladly ship to you overseas. The shipping and duty is calculated at time of checkout. On average, depending on the country for which your order is being shipped to, you can expect your package to arrive in about 3 to 4 weeks.  You will be able to track your order with the tracking information provided once the order clears customs in the USA which is about 5-7 business days. Splash of Pink does not provide return labels for any order placed outside of the US.

Finding the Items You Want

Use the navigation menus at the top of any page to start shopping any of our online departments. You can also search our site by entering a keyword into the search box at the top of any page. Detailed product information is just a click or two away.

Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart

Once you've found an item you'd like to order, simply select all the required options (such as size and color) and click "Add to Cart."

Saving an Item for Later Purchase

You can always after an item is added to your shopping bag come back and place your order. Please realize that adding an item to your shopping cart does not guarantee that your item will be available online at a later time when you place your order so you run the risk that the item(s) may not be available. Unfortunately, if another customer buys the remaining stock of your item before you place your order, the item will be reported as unavailable when you go to checkout. If you still wish to purchase the item and we are sold out, please contact customer service at info@splashofpink.com or call us at 1-203-222-2233 and we will try to locate the item for you.

Can I see a record of my transactions?

Yes, if you have registered an account with us all of your transactions will appear and will be safely stored and easily accessible by signing into your account. You can check all of the details regarding past purchases and order history here.

Checking Out and Completing Your Order

From your Shopping Cart, click the "Check Out" button.

If you have a splshofpink.com account, log in, and we'll automatically fill in available shipping and billing information to save time during checkout.

If you don't have a splashofpink.com account, you can register now or check out as a guest. Once you have completed your order, we'll ask you if you'd like to create an account to use next time you visit. Our one page checkout page makes it simple and easy for placing your order. Please review your order and select place order button once you have confirmed your selections.

We'll send you an order confirmation and an invoice via email to be followed by a shipping notification with tracking information. Please feel free to contact us should you have questions or comments about your order.

Changes to Your Order

We're sorry, but most of the time order information cannot be changed once you submit your order. If you recognize that a mistake occurred after you have placed your order please contact us immediately at 203-222-2233 so we can change your order. We process orders very quickly, and once an order begins the fulfillment process we may be unable to modify it. We apologize for any inconvenience, and we hope that in the majority of cases our faster processing times work to your advantage. Can I cancel my order?

Yes if your order has not yet shipped and you are purchasing items that are fully returnable we will try to accommodate your request as long as the order has not already been shipped. Orders cannot be changed or refunded if purchased during a sale event.

How can I send someone a gift?

Easily! During the checkout process and at the cart page, you will have the option to add gift wrapping and a gift message. We will gladly wrap the item(s), remove the price and include your personalized gift message.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Yes! We would love to hear from you so please call us at 1-203-222-2233 and in most cases as long as your order is placed by 3pm est your order will go out the same day.

Sales Tax Information

We are required to collect sales tax on orders shipping to the state of Connecticut.

Redeeming Promotions (Coupons), Gift Cards at SplashofPink.com

As you complete your order, you'll be able to enter this information on the checkout page. Simply enter the information in the appropriate section of the checkout page. If you were offered a promotion via email, simply type the email offer code on the checkout page and the code will automatically be applied to your order.

Promotions that offer a dollar amount or percentage discount off your total purchase price may not be combined in a single order. When a single order qualifies for more than one of these promotions, you will receive the discount that provides you the greatest benefit

Missing or Damaged Goods

If you have received incorrect or damaged items, please contact customer service at 203-222-2233 within 7 days so that we can replace or take back these items for a full refund.

If you suspect your package is missing, please contact customer service within 14 days of the expected delivery date so that we can contact the appropriate shipping carrier to investigate.
